If you have a Geo Device that comes with Windows 11 then the Office 365 1-year subscription will activate automatically during the set up process. Therefore, you must set up your Geo Device with the Microsoft Account that you want the Office 365 1-year subscription on. Once the Office 365 subscription is activated, you cannot transfer it to another Microsoft Account.
If you have a Geo Device that comes with Windows 10 then the Office 365 1-year subscription can be activated once set up is complete. Simply open an application (Word, Excel, etc), and follow the on-screen prompts to activate Office.
If you encounter any issues, please check for any Windows updates, then restart the device. Also, check that you are logged into your Microsoft Account in the application (you can check this by looking at the top bar of the application).
