If you are seeing this error, follow the below steps. |
1. Turn the device off. 2. Turn the device on. 3. When Geo logo appears press and hold the Delete key to enter the BIOS. 4. When you see the BIOS screen (below) release the Delete key |
5. In the BIOS you will not have a mouse, so you have to navigate using the keyboard (use the arrow keys, Enter, and Esc). |
6. Using the right arrow key navigate to Advanced and press enter. Then use the down arrow key to navigate to CPU Configuration and click enter. |
7. In the CPU Configuration menu, use the arrow keys to navigate to VT-d and click enter. |
8. Use the arrow keys to select Disabled and click enter. |
9. VT-d should now be showing as disabled: |
10. Press Esc and use the arrow keys to navigate to Save & Exit and click enter. Then use the arrow keys to navigate to Save Changes and Reset and click enter. |
11. You will then need to reset Windows on your device. The Geo Support Team can provide a step by step guide on how to do this. |
