My Device Won't Turn On

There are many different reasons why your device may not be turning on. Some of the most common ones being; a faulty power supply, failed hardware, or a malfunctioning screen.

If your device is not turning on when you press the power button, the first thing to check is the charger. To check if your charger is working correctly, click here: Check if your charger is working

If you have already checked the charger and are confident that it is working correctly, but your device still isn't turning on, try the following:

- Leave your device plugged in and charging for at least 4 hours before trying to turn it on

- Force the device to reboot by holding the power button for 30 seconds
