Check if your charger is working

If your Geo device is not turning on, it may be that the charger is not working. If you believe your charger isn't working, there are some things you can check at home:

  • Is your charger definitely plugged into the charging port and not the headphone port? (An easy mistake to make!)
  • Have you tried plugging the charger into different wall sockets?
  • Does the charging indicator light turn on when the device is plugged in? (The charging indicator light is usually located on the side of the device, next to the charging port)
