My GeoPen isn't working

The GeoPen will automatically connect when using your GeoPad.

If you find that your GeoPen isn't working as expected, you can troubleshoot by trying the following:

- Try using your GeoPen in several different apps, as it may be that the app you are using doesn't support GeoPen

- Try using just your finger on the touchscreen, as it may be the touchscreen that isn't working

- Try replacing the battery in the GeoPen

- If you have recently replaced the battery in your GeoPen, make sure the battery has been inserted the correct way round (positive end (+) first)

If the GeoPen still isn't working after checking all of the above, please contact the Geo Support Team for further assistance
