Have you set up your new device to find there is a logo in the middle of the screen that you can't remove?
All of our new devices come with a protective cover over the screen, and it's on this cover that the logo is printed. You can remove the cover by peeling it back, starting at the corner of the screen.
Don't worry - it's an easy mistake to make!
